Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. This offer applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the items ordered.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the The United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at info@OxiraLab.com
Damages, Loss, and Missing Items
- Damaged Items: Mycern is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
