Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, please note that returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions as outlined below:

  • Condition Verification: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt, and refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed to be in resalable condition by our standards.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Promotions, Sales, or Clearance Items: We do not accept returns on items purchased during promotions, sales, or clearance.

Return Process

  2. Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fees and Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method, and processing can take up to 30 days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
